Every Bajaj piece is engineered for years of demanding service. A little care keeps them
looking as they did on the day they arrived. This is where you will find how to clean and
maintain your products, what your warranty covers, and how to arrange service or an AMC.

Product Care
Caring for stainless steel.
Bajaj products are made from heavy-grade stainless steel for professional use. Keeping them
beautiful is simple.
Do
- Wipe down after each use with a soft, damp cloth
- Clean with mild soap or a stainless-steel-safe cleaner, then dry with a soft cloth
- Wipe in the direction of the grain to keep the finish even
- Store in a dry place, stacked with care to avoid scratches
Don't
- Use steel wool, wire brushes or abrasive scourers
- Use harsh or acidic chemicals, bleach, or chlorine-based cleaners
- Leave salty, acidic or wet food residue sitting on the surface
- Drag or scrape pieces against hard surfaces
A few minutes after service is all it takes.
Caring for PVD Finishes
A little extra care for a premium finish.
Our gold, rose gold, bronze, black and titanium pieces are finished with PVD
(Physical Vapour Deposition), a durable, brilliant coating. Treating it gently keeps it
that way.
- Clean only with a soft cloth and mild soap, never abrasives or harsh chemicals
- Handle with clean hands or gloves where possible; fingerprints wipe away with a soft dry cloth
- Keep metal scourers, knives and sharp tools off the coated surface
- Dry after cleaning to prevent water spotting
A note on tone. PVD is a vacuum-chamber process, and tone shifts slightly from one
production batch to the next. Pieces from the same batch match; pieces from different
batches may differ by a shade. If an exact match across a large order matters to you, tell
us and we will finish them together.
Caring for Velvetec Finishes
Matte colour, made to last.
Velvetec pieces carry a durable matte powder finish in a range of contemporary colours.
It is tougher than it looks, and a gentle routine keeps the colour deep and even.
- Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap; dry gently afterwards

Never use abrasive scourers, wire wool, or harsh, acidic or solvent-based cleaners;
these dull a matte finish faster than anything else
- Avoid dragging cutlery, knives or sharp tools across the surface
- Stack Velvetec pieces with protection between them
- Keep the coated exterior away from prolonged direct high heat
A note on matte. A matte finish is meant to be low-sheen. It will not, and should
not, polish up to a shine. Its beauty is in the soft, even colour.
Warranty
No questions asked. Lifetime on steel.
We stand behind everything we make. The only thing we assess is whether a fault came from
the making or from the use, and every manufacturing fault is put right, repaired or
replaced, whichever it needs. If you bought through a dealer, the dealer replaces the
product first and settles with us afterwards.

*Both hinges are cycle-tested to 80,000 openings. Springs and dampers are wear
parts, which is why the cover is one year; spares for both remain available well beyond it.
Service support is available across India, all year round.
What the warranty doesn't cover
- Damage from misuse, mishandling or modification
- Wear from abrasive cleaners, metal scourers or acidic chemicals
- Scratches, dents or water marks from improper storage
- Damage in transit or from unauthorised repairs
- Slight variation in PVD or Velvetec tone between production batches
Making a Claim
1 · Report it. Contact us within 7 days of noticing an issue, through your dealer or
our service team.
2 · Share the details. Send clear photos or a short video of the issue, with the
product code, your invoice and the date of purchase.
3 · We assess. Our technical team establishes whether the fault came from the making
or from the use, and confirms the resolution.
4 · We resolve it. Verified manufacturing faults are repaired or replaced, whichever
is required, within 15 working days of approval.
Spares for standard parts, including hinges, knobs and finished components, remain stocked
well beyond the warranty period. A Bajaj product is serviced, never scrapped.

Annual Maintenance (AMC)
Keep them in peak condition, without thinking about it.
For high-volume operations such as hotels, banquet venues and large caterers, an Annual
Maintenance Contract keeps your Bajaj equipment serviced on schedule.
